Create a bilingual survey

The 19 question types, writing in Arabic and English, required questions, the thank-you message, and when to publish.

Create the survey

From Surveys press New survey. Every survey has a title and description in Arabic and English; the respondent picks the language at the top of the survey, so you never need two separate surveys.

Question types

GroupTypes
CX metricsNPS (0–10), CSAT (1–5), CES (1–7), star rating, opinion scale
Choicesingle choice, multiple choice, dropdown, ranking, yes/no, rating matrix
Inputshort text, long text, number, date, email, mobile number
No answerstatement, consent

Use NPS, CSAT or CES when you want a metric that appears in dashboards automatically and can be linked to a touchpoint on a customer journey.

Question settings

  • Required: cannot be skipped.
  • Arabic and English text: write both; if one language is empty the other is shown.
  • Options: add as many as you need, or paste a whole list at once.
  • Piping: insert an earlier answer or a hidden field inside a later question's text.

The Settings tab

  • Thank-you message in Arabic and English.
  • End screens: more than one closing screen, chosen by logic.
  • Hidden fields: values you pass in the link (branch, channel, …) that arrive with every response.
  • Quotas: set a maximum for a choice; once it is full, respondents who pick it go to an end screen (by default the "Quota full" screen).

Publishing and statuses

A survey starts as a Draft. Press Publish survey to make it Active and accept responses. When you are done, press Close survey; the link keeps working but shows that the survey has been closed, and all responses are kept.

On the Free plan you can have one active survey at a time; drafts and closed surveys don't count. At the limit, publishing is refused with a clear message: close another survey or upgrade. Each organisation can keep up to 50 unpublished surveys.
