We collect account data such as name, email, and mobile number at sign-up, organization and workspace data, and usage data such as surveys created and responses received. We also collect limited technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and service improvement purposes. We do not collect more data than is necessary to provide our services.
How we use your data
We use your data to operate your account and deliver the platform's services, including surveys, voice of customer analysis, journey mapping, and dashboards. Usage data also helps us improve platform performance, detect technical issues, and prevent misuse. We never use data from your customers' survey responses for any purpose beyond delivering the service to you.
Sharing data with third parties
We share limited data with trusted service providers necessary to operate the platform, such as our cloud hosting provider, the Moyasar payment gateway, and our SMS verification provider. We never sell your organization's data or your survey respondents' data to any third party for marketing purposes.
Data security
We apply security controls including row-level data isolation per organization, encryption in transit, audit logs for sensitive activity, and role-based access permissions. We review our security practices regularly to keep pace with emerging threats.
Your rights under PDPL
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw consent to its processing where permitted by law. You can submit these requests by contacting us at hello@nabdcx.com, and we will respond within the statutory timeframe.
Data retention
We retain your account and organization data for the duration of your active subscription, and after cancellation we retain data for a limited period to allow account restoration upon request, after which we securely delete or anonymize it unless a longer retention period is required by law.
