Acceptance of terms
By using Nabd, whether as an organization owner or an invited team member, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Account and organization
Creating a Nabd account requires verification of your mobile number via SMS, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. The organization owner is responsible for managing team members and assigning their roles and permissions within workspaces.
Free account and subscriptions
Every new organization receives a permanent free account that includes one survey and up to 100 responses per month, with no credit card required. Expanded usage and the additional modules require a paid subscription to one of our packages. Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless canceled before the renewal date. All listed prices are in Saudi riyals.
Billing and payments
Payments are processed in Saudi Riyal via the Moyasar gateway. You may upgrade or downgrade between plans at any time from your account's billing settings, and any price differences are applied according to our applicable proration policy.
Acceptable use
Nabd must be used for legitimate purposes related to collecting and analyzing customer experience data. You may not use the platform to collect data in violation of applicable laws in the Kingdom, or to distribute abusive or misleading content through surveys. Nabd reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.
Data and content ownership
Your organization retains full ownership of all data you input into the platform, including surveys, respondent answers, journeys, and dashboards. Nabd grants you a license to use the platform to manage your customer experience, and this does not transfer ownership of your data to Nabd in any way.
Service availability and limitations
Nabd strives to provide a reliable and continuous service but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation at all times, and periodic maintenance may be required and will be announced in advance whenever possible. Nabd is not liable for indirect damages resulting from a temporary service interruption.
Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Nabd reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms of service or poses a security risk to the platform or other users, with prior notice whenever reasonably possible.
