Getting started with Nabd: from sign-up to your first survey

Your first ten minutes: create the account, verify your mobile, pick the sandbox or start clean, and publish a first survey.

Before you start

You need an email address and a Saudi mobile number. Every Nabd account is tied to one mobile number verified by SMS, and a number cannot be used by two accounts.

1. Create your account

  1. Open Start free from the home page.
  2. Enter your email and a password (at least 8 characters). Passwords that appeared in known breaches are refused.
  3. Enter your mobile as 05xxxxxxxx, then type the verification code you receive.
  4. Press Sign up.

If you see that the number is already registered, you already have an account with it: sign in, or use Forgot password.

2. Choose how to begin

On your first sign-in you are asked to create your organisation. Two options:

  • Sandbox: a real organisation in your name, pre-filled with Arabic sample data (surveys, responses, feedback, a journey, a dashboard) for 48 hours, after which it becomes a clean Free account automatically. Best if you want to see the platform full before you build. See The sandbox.
  • Start from scratch: a new organisation with one workspace that you name.

3. A first survey in three minutes

  1. Open Surveys from the menu, then New survey.
  2. Type the title in Arabic (and English if you like).
  3. Add an NPS question and an open-text question such as "What is the reason for your score?".
  4. In Settings, write the thank-you message.
  5. Press Publish survey, then copy the link from the Distribution tab.

What the Free plan includes

One active survey (drafts and closed surveys don't count), 100 completed responses a month, one member and one workspace. Each additional tool (Voice of the Customer, Journeys, Dashboards) is bought on its own or as the complete bundle from Subscription.

Personal account or organisation?

Setup has two steps. First, choose For myself for a personal workspace in your name with no organisation details, or For my organisation or team and type the organisation name in Arabic and English (a "Main workspace" is created for you). Second, choose Try everything for a 48-hour trial with ready-made demo data and no card — demo data is removed when the trial ends or when you subscribe, and everything you create stays — or Start empty on the Free plan. Later, choose Convert to an organisation in Settings; your surveys and data stay in place.
