What it is
When you choose Sandbox we create an organisation in your name and fill it with realistic Arabic data: surveys with responses, feedback in the Voice of the Customer inbox, a measured customer journey and a dashboard. Every tool is open for the trial period so you can see how they work together.
The sandbox is not a shared demo account; only you and the people you invite can see it.
What you can do
- Edit or delete the sample data.
- Create your own surveys, journeys and dashboards (these stay after the trial ends).
- Invite colleagues to try it with you.
- Subscribe to any tool directly from Subscription.
How it ends
After 48 hours, when you press Start my organisation now in the top banner, or on your first paid subscription, the organisation becomes a normal account:
- The sample data we added is deleted.
- Everything you created during the trial stays, plus your members, logo and colours.
- A Main workspace is created only if you have none.
- You are on the Free plan unless you subscribed.
You receive an email when the trial ends automatically after 48 hours.
Tips
- If you want to keep any of the sample data we added, export it from the Responses tab before the period ends.
- After conversion the Free limits apply (one active survey, 100 completed responses a month).
