Themes and sentiment
When feedback is analysed, Nabd AI assigns a theme (service speed, staff, the app, prices, …) and a sentiment (positive, neutral, negative). The Themes tab lists themes with the number of feedback items in each; you can merge two or more themes, edit a theme's name and keywords, or archive it.
Insights
The Insights tab shows the period's KPIs (total feedback, negative share, average sentiment, open items, median time to resolve), themes by sentiment, the top themes trend over 12 weeks, a touchpoint heatmap, satisfaction drivers and feedback by source. Refresh summary writes a Nabd AI weekly summary of the last 7 days.
Alerts
Under Alerts, create a rule such as "negative feedback from the complaints source" or "anything in the prices theme":
- Recipients by role: who gets the email (owners, admins, analysts, viewers).
- Webhook: an https URL that receives the feedback details as JSON when the rule fires. Test URL sends a sample.
- The alert log shows each delivery's status (sent, failed, not sent, invalid URL, no recipients).
Ask Nabd AI
The Ask Nabd AI tab is a conversation where you ask about your feedback in Arabic or English: "What do Riyadh customers complain about most this month?". Answers come with sources: the feedback items they rely on; click one to open it. The conversation is not saved after you leave the page.
Fair use
The Nabd AI add-on includes 500 analyses and 300 chat messages per organisation per month. The remaining balance is on the Subscription page. When the limit is reached, analysis and chat pause until the next month; feedback is kept unanalysed and you can analyse it once the balance renews. Enterprise organisations have no limit.
Extra capacity
If you use more than fair use allows, add Nabd AI extra from the Subscription page (it requires the Nabd AI add-on). Each unit adds 500 analyses and 300 messages a month, and you can buy up to 5 units. For example, 2 units raise the balance to 1,500 analyses and 900 messages. When the limit is reached, the message includes a direct link to the Subscription page, and so do the limit-warning and limit-reached emails.
