The pricing model
Pay only for the tool you need: Surveys, Voice of the Customer, Customer Journeys, Dashboards & Metrics, or the complete bundle for less than the sum. Nabd AI is an add-on bought alongside any tool, and Fieldwork is an add-on that requires the Surveys tool. Current prices are on the pricing page.
Enterprise includes everything without limits plus dedicated support; request a quote from Contact.
Packages combine tools for less than buying them separately: Essentials pairs Surveys with Dashboards and metrics, while the Complete bundle brings together all four tools.
Buying
- Under Subscription choose Monthly or Yearly.
- Press Subscribe on the tool. Pay by card (mada, Visa, Mastercard), STC Pay, or Apple Pay on supported devices, through Moyasar.
- The tool is enabled immediately; the invoice is emailed and listed under Invoices.
Buying from inside a sandbox ends the trial and deletes the sample data we added; everything you created during the trial stays, plus members, logo and colours, and a Main workspace is created only if you have none.
Yearly billing
Yearly saves 20% and is paid once for 12 months (12 × the discounted monthly price). The card on the Subscription page shows the amount before you pay.
Add-ons sold by quantity
Some add-ons are sold per unit: Extra interviewers (5 interviewers per unit) and Nabd AI extra (500 analyses and 300 messages a month per unit). At checkout you choose the quantity, and the price line shows the full sum, for example: SAR 49 × 3 = SAR 147/month. With yearly payment the discount applies to the total (12 × the discounted monthly price × quantity), and any coupon applies to the total as well. The add-on card on the Subscription page shows the quantity (for example ×3) and the resulting limit.
On renewal the same quantity is kept automatically in the payment window, and you can change it before paying if you want more or fewer units for the next period.
Coupons
If you have a discount code, enter it in Have a coupon? during checkout. You are told immediately whether the code is valid and for which billing period. Some coupons continue on renewals for a set number of months, shown when you renew.
Renewal and expiry
- You receive an email reminder 7 days and 1 day before the subscription ends.
- After it ends, the tool enters a 7-day grace period in which it keeps working, with a renewal banner.
- After the grace period the tool is paused (your data is kept) until you renew. Renewal starts from the previous end date, so you never lose days.
- There is no automatic card renewal at the moment; renew with Renew on the Subscription page.
Limits and usage
The Subscription page shows your usage against your plan's limits (active surveys, completed responses this month, members, workspaces, dashboards, Nabd AI balance). Drafts, closed surveys and incomplete responses don't count. Owners and admins receive an email at 80% and again at 100% of the monthly responses limit and the Nabd AI balance; the active-survey, member, workspace and dashboard limits are flagged inside the app when you try to exceed them.
Invoices
Every payment has a uniquely numbered invoice under Invoices, also sent by email. To change invoice details (organisation name), edit them under Settings before the next payment.
Start small, then grow
Start free, add the tool you need or take everything in the Complete bundle, then add capacity as you grow. Surveys Starter, when activated in the catalogue, offers 5 surveys, 1,000 monthly responses, 3 members and 1 workspace. Its current price is shown on Pricing; it does not qualify for capacity packs.
Journeys and Dashboards run on your survey data and include the Free allowance of 1 survey and 100 responses a month. Voice of the Customer includes this allowance too. Add the full Surveys tool for more capacity.
Extra responses add 5,000 responses a month per unit and require full Surveys or a qualifying bundle. Extra members add 10 members per unit and require any full core tool or bundle. Each pack allows up to 10 units. Beyond that, request an Enterprise quote. Enterprise is contact-only; legacy packages are available online only for an existing customer's own active base renewal.
Upgrade without paying twice
The checkout shows unused credit from each live paid product fully included in the new product. Credit is based on the payment for its current period and remaining days, rounded down to whole SAR, after any coupon. The total stays at least SAR 1. Manual and sandbox grants receive no credit. Included old products remain active until expiry, stop renewing and no longer receive renewal reminders.
API, BI export and CRM connections qualify through the Complete bundle or all four effective core tools, including tools bought separately. The package helper uses current catalogue prices to recommend the lowest monthly combination for your needs.
Your subscription page
Billing › My subscription starts with a summary of everything your organisation owns: each item with what it includes, monthly or yearly billing, a status (Active, Ends on, Grace until, Won't renew, or Included in another product), its price and ×N for capacity packs. Below it you see your monthly total and the next payment date and amount. Free organisations see their allowance and one recommended next step; Enterprise organisations see their account contact and nothing to buy.
Usage meters show only the tools you own. A meter turns amber at 80% with a link to the next step (a capacity pack or an upgrade).
Three actions sit under the summary:
- Upgrade — only real upgrades for what you own: a Starter to its full tool, two or more tools to the Complete bundle (with your credit shown), or the bundle to Enterprise. The price after credit is shown before you click.
- Add capacity — only the packs your products qualify for, with your current quantity.
- Add a tool or add-on — what you don't own yet; if something needs another tool first, one line says which.
Manage opens invoices and lets you stop renewing a paid item (it stays fully available until its end date and renewal reminders stop) or resume renewing it.
Starter options
Surveys, VoC and Journeys each have a Starter option sized for up to 3 members and 1 workspace, when activated in the catalogue. Starters don't qualify for capacity packs; upgrading to the full tool credits the unused part automatically. With VoC Starter, feedback over the monthly limit is never lost: it is kept safely and appears as soon as you upgrade or when next month starts. Owners and admins see a notice at 80% and 100%, and get one email at 100%.
